11-12 October 2017, a training on project cycle management was held for local women farmers in Zaporizhya in conjunction with International Day of Rural Women, proclaimed by the General Assembly of the United Nations on October 15. The event was conducted by  the UNDP/GEF Small Grants Program (SGP) in Ukraine in close cooperation with  the UN Office in Ukraine, Association of Rural Women-Farmers in Zhaporizhya region, NGO “Household farming”, community members of Sokolivka, Yurkivka and Pokrovske  villages.
