Call for Nominations: Equator Prize 2025 – Nature for Climate Action

The UNDP Equator Initiative has launched the Equator Prize 2025 to honor outstanding community and Indigenous initiatives advancing nature-based solutions for sustainable development. Winners will receive USD 10,000 and gain access to global policy dialogues and special events.
Nomination Deadline: February 23,2025
Who can apply? Community-led projects focused on climate mitigation, adaptation, resilience, and a just transition.
21-23 March, the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme and Chair of the UN Development Group, Ms. Helen Clark, visited Ukraine to discuss ways of support for recovery, peacebuilding and democratic transformations in the country.
